Misguided red velvet one shoulder ruched dress with tags size 8

Misguided red velvet one shoulder ruched dress with tags size 8. Knee length. I have only tried this dress on but the shoulder seem is ripping (shown in photos). this looks like a quick and simple sewing job to me, but that is why this is not listed as NWT. I included a picture of a similar dress that is a little shorter, mine is knee length. Great holiday dress!
