kayareque Hi @victoria_so!! Measuring across the top from seam to seam is 15" somewhat stretched out but is structured and has boning. The waist is 12.5". Let me know if you have any other questions :)

kayareque @victoria_so I'm a 32b/c. it's tight on me but i think it would fit a 34c because of the bust allowance. misile website says it's 32-33" for size xs.
