Misissily Vintage Blue White Nautical Sailor Dress Size XS/XXS NWT

This adorable Misissily dress is NWT and a rare find! Almost identical to the the Joanne Kitten 1960’s classic sailor style dress seen in first few photos. Vintage 60’s vibes. Gorgeous Aegean type blue with white trim. The last pic shows most accurate color of dress. It is a warmer blue. Pull on. No size on the dress that I can find but measurements seem to be XS or XXS. Approximate measurements flat: 14.5” pit to pit 13.5” waist 15” hips Has some stretch - about 1” Not sure what kind of fabric this dress is composed of.
