Miss Bisou purple strapless dress

EUC women's Miss Bisou purple strapless dress with built in cups at the bustline, elasticized above and below the bustline so it has stretch with a scalloped hemline. Flowy and silky to the touch with fabric that drapes beautifully. There are thin belt loops at each side but the dress was purchased without a belt. Can be worn as a swimsuit coverup as well. Size M.
