This stunning dress features a gorgeous contrasting top in a Houndstooth pattern, a row of functional black buttons, an eye-catching double collar, and 3/4 sleeves with contrasting fold overs. The matching belt and peplum at the waist create a classic feminine vintage silhouette. Purchased second-hand but never wore it. Dress is in good condition.
