It looks mostly like a normal woman's blazer, but at the collar & end of sleeves, sheer fabric ruffles out, with a dainty polka-dot pattern. 🖤 Has 4 medium black buttons down the center & a v-neck cut. Seam down each side accentuates curves. Sleeves are 3/4 length (they come to mid-forearm on me).
