How long is it from shoulder the hem? I’m only 5 feet tall

From the shoulder seam to the bottom, it is 56 inches. I’m 5’4” and it hits top of my foot.

The inside slip lining is about 4 inches shorter that the outside fabric so it should be easy to hem if you have that available.
