heygurlhey007 The very first pic has the best color representation. Slightly darker than powder blue. The sleeves and the bottom of the skirt are flounced. The jacket measures 20" across from armpit to armpit, 20" across the bottom and 22" from top to bottom. The skirt measures 16" across the waist(the waist is elastic), 22" across the bottom and 25" from top to bottom.
