Beautiful vintage style Miss Elliette California dress. Elegant ruffle neck and cuffs, bottom part of dress is pleated, with wavy flow hem. Sleeves and top part of the dress is sheer, dress is lined at the bottom part. There is a belt loop on the dress, belt not included. In excellent used condition.
