Miss June Paris

Miss June off the shoulder or worn high (both photos shown) measures when laying flat 11 across top Length 12 and bottom elastic is stretched a bit but measures 13 when laying flat. A few threads coming out of subtle detail. I can’t find the size but will say it’s a small. Please check the measurements. The arms have holes that are hidden from flutter top
