Miss Keelly 1999 vintage little black dress

Little black dress. Has sheer flutter sleeves and front tie, key hole detail on the back of dress. Has built in black slip on the bottom, the top is semi sheer. Attached belt. Ruffle detail along the bottom of dress. Excellent condition. Size large but this fits on the small side, fits more like a medium.
