Made of a very thin cotton with no liner, this dress is perfect for warmer weather! Straps are adjustable and there is an attached belt/waist tie. This dress is fitted up too and flares out at the bottom. Super flattering! And yes, there are pockets. Only worn once. Measurements laid flat, approximate, in inches. 2% spandex so does stretch.
