These are Miss Me Capris. I used to wear them when I had to worry about dress code. I haven't worn them since I graduated. Kind of a western brand! I bought them from Dillards. The last pic shows a pull. You could make them into short shorts and cut that portion off and just sew the bottom portions. Open to offers!
