k8monte @ktyoung12 you just made me smile! So first, i got out of bed...i got really depressed because my twin sister passed away, and I wound up spending almost three years in bed... Once i got moving again, I started feeling better about myself and started eating better....

k8monte @ktyoung12 i started swimming and doing the swim classes with my mom and her "old folks" friends lol.... Then i swam laps... It took about 7 months, but I'm pretty comfortable where i am now!! And as for my twin, she would probably have kicked my ass for those three years, but I miss her like crazy, every single day...
