Miss Minuet one shoulder party dress

This is a beautiful party/evening dress it is a charcoal gray with a shimmer to it. It is a one shoulder style with embellishments and a fitted cut. It is in excellent condition with no holes, tears or stains. The size is a medium with a little stretch. In my opinion it could also fit a size small (listing as small based on measurements.) They are as follows and approx: I measured the bust armpit to armpit straight across it is 16” and stretches to 17”. The smallest part of the waist is 13”. The hip area is 17” and stretches to 18”.
