These have only been worn once and washed once since I bought them and that was brand new at the Buckle.. I had put in the dryer and they shrank to a 33” inseam ..I measured twice. These are in perfect condition all distress was on the jeans when purchased. Waist: 14” Inseam: 33” Rise: 7”
