Misses OS Long Poncho Shaw w/Tassel trim

This poncho “vest” is a great price to wear with slacks, shorts, leggings, etc. Cream and black with bright blues and fuchsia pink accents. Box-styled with large armholes. Open slits from armholes to hem. No button or fasteners on the open front. Total length at center back is 33”.
