David’s Bridal Women’s Semi-Formal Dress Royal Blue Size 7

From David’s Bridal-Blondie Nites by Stacy Sklar size 7 royal blue with rhinestone decoration. Has straps but they wouldn’t fit over shoulders on mannequin-shown in pictures where dress is laying flat. Also top strap across the back does close together but mannequin was bigger around so it looks like there’s a gap-the dress should fit without that gap showing! Has been altered with all stitching/alterations done by David’s Bridal seamstress. Worn once for semi-formal/high school dance and has been dry cleaned and hanging in plastic cover since.
