Misses vintage ILGWU plaid skirt - Size 13/14

Misses vintage ILGWU plaid skirt - Dry Clean Only - Size 13/14; this is an excellent condition skirt - beautiful tones of greys/navy/red; It has a button closure and does not have a fiber content tag. I believe it is partially wool but have no idea how much (especially being dry clean only); The skirt was listed as a Size 13/14 and the waist measures 30 inches; the hips are a roomy 52 inches and the length is 28 inches. This skirt has belt loops so that you can easily wear a narrow belt with it. There is no belt included.
