Color is BLACK, NOT NAVY BLUE (stock photos are in navy blue but only included to show how the dress sits on the body). Floral lace with off the shoulder/ boat neck. Has a good amount of stretch to it. Dress has antislip material (as pictured), so the top will stay in place. Really a fun dress! Size XL. Dress was dry cleaned.
