Simple cotton dress in navy blue. - 97% cotton, 3% polyester - bodice features a cutout/ see through design in a t-shirt shape, with a spaghetti strap top attached underneath - skirt is A line and pleated in light but somewhat stiff cotton - some pilling and slight wear on inside of bodice lining - hanger strap ribbons were cut out - light in photos make the color seem lighter, definitely more of a navy color than a cobalt blue Measurements in photos Open to reasonable offers!
