@designstar The bust form waist is smaller than the dress size waist. The bust form is 34” at the widest part of the bust, 23” at the waist and 34.5” at the widest part of the hip. I put the dress on it and the dress is looser at the waist and is 25”. It is a knit dress so it does give. When I wore it my bra size was a 32 C. I hope this helps!
