Missoni knit skirt Italy size 40, size 4

Beautiful Missoni brand, made in Italy multicolored skirt. Size Italian 40 translates to US size 4, the waist flat is measures 12", the length from waist to hem is 23". The tag is coming off on one end, I did not attempt to sew it back on. The skirt has a brown knit lining with a few snags at the waist, as shown in image.
