emilyag123 @cissy13150 Ok just pulled it out, I had the straps shortened because the back was super low on me. from the top of the shoulder top down the back, the straps are 9inches. I also had the front tacked together because it was busting open on me but they can also simply be cut off if you want it more open. Just the 2 under layers were let out to fit around the butt more

cissy13150 im not sure it will fit then, im looking for my daughter and if you dont mind ill need to measure her. we tried the size 4 on in the store in another color and the straps fit well, so ill double check. thank you so much

cissy13150 my daughter is 5'6", the top portion fit her well, that's why I'm concerned about the shorter strap. From what we saw in-store we would need to take the waist and skirt in on the size 4 of this style. I wont see her until this evening so ill be in touch. thank you for all your help!!!
