Thirty-One Skirt Black Shoulder Purse with Black & White floral print "skirt." The Thirty-One Skirt Purse Collection is now discontinued but once was a best-selling line. A variety of skirts can be used on this bag. This one comes with the black and white floral print skirt as shown. It is detachable and can be swapped out with other designs. The skirt has a couple small light discolorations one one side, as shown in last two photos.
