I bought this at saks off 5th as final sale but the sizing was was off online it said it was a size 8 but it wasn't it fits more like a 0 or 00. A size 40 is a 4 but i am thinking it's a company mismanufacturing or somebody returned and washed it before i bought it online. i am asking for what i paid for 500
