This is a new lighter weight Miusey tunic top as shown. Has tags attached, I did not wash. No stains, tears. Shoulders: 17", Sleeves: 22", Bust: 18", Sleeve opening: 4", Length: 28" Notes on clothing: I try to find you the best deals. I do not buy garments that are stained or torn. Everything is either washed or dry cleaned depending on the item. I still recommend you wash when you receive your item. Clothing is folded and stored inside bags, so some items will wrinkle. The bags are sealed up for protection.
