marymontana Hi! Just wanted to let you know I did in fact ship your order Sunday night I’m creating a ticket with posh to see what the issue may be, why it hasn’t been scanned yet. This has happened before so hopefully the packages I shipped along with yours will be delivered by tomorrow.

marymontana @ceciliaruzena did anything show up? It’s never taken this long before I’m getting worried. Three posh packages and one from another selling app STILL haven’t shown as scanned and I put them all in the same drive up box 😖 posh said if nothing shows up by the 8th to reach out again but ugh I was hoping they’d be delivered

marymontana @ceciliaruzena I filed reports for the missing packages but USPS is saying they can’t do anything since the packages don’t even show scanned. :( I tried explaining that’s the problem but yeah they’re not much help. I’m sorry! I think my sister has more prego pants I’ll check next time o see her

ceciliaruzena @marymontana that’s a bummer. I found on Reddit you can try giving USPS the tracking number included in the email and they are sometimes able to see a more detailed view. I’m going to wait a few more days and hope it shows up. Not sure what Poshmark said to you, but they told me they tried contacting you several times and you haven’t responded. I just don’t want you to get dinged since you have been great from the beginning.

marymontana Still nothing from Poshmark! I emailed them and they asking for order numbers then nothing! That was Wednesday. I’m so annoyed with them and the post office. Are you able to cancel you order? If you are I’d suggest doing that since I don’t think the post office will ever find those packages. I’ll figure it out with posh but I don’t want my buyers out of money and their items! Sorry again for all this mess!

marymontana @ceciliaruzena I finally got around to going down to the post office and they told me what likely happened since I dropped the off on a Sunday night-is that someone stole them. I was like how I shoved them down, but apparently they have tools 😣 he gave me a number to call to report it specifically for mail crimes/fraud, not that they can do much but lesson learned from now on only dropping mail off inside
