@jesus_is_lord_ hello! I’ll be able to provide those measurements tomorrow. :) in the meantime, yes, it is a somewhat stretchy jacket, although not sure how stretchy it is while buttoned.
Also I just realized that I accidentally had this sized as a maternity item (it’s just a regular S), so if you’re looking for maternity clothes I’m sorry!
