Used mk watch I don't have the extra links. There's a small sctatch in the face of the watch on top of the 1 hardly noticeable I almost missed it I did have the box unfortunately I have moved 4x's in a yr. so beautiful match with everything white and rose gold. The back that is used to clip the watch is dirty and needs a new battery. But other than that the overall condition is 8.5-9/10 slight scratching on the bottoms where's Michael kors

wildstrawberri Don’t buy a waist trainer they don’t help you lose weight or tighten skin or get rid of stretch marks. The picture @leonmel posted is of a BBG Mom on instagram, who lost weight through diet and exercise. This user STOLE another persons photos to try and make sales.

bombshe11stephy @wildstrawberri I just want a waist trainer to give me an hourglass shape. I agree nothing works without having a balanced exercise routine and a good diet. U think it would work to shape the stomach area

wildstrawberri @bombshe11stephy only SPECIFIC TYPES of steel boned waist trainers can actually give you a shape. However, they have to be worn almost constantly and when they are taken off, you go back to your original shape. Although you cannot target fat loss, there are exercises you can do that give you more of an hourglass shape (diet, a lot of cardio, specific stomach exercises that don’t solely work the obliques, and weight training to increase the size of your upper back and legs/butt)

wildstrawberri If you’re looking for just something to wear under clothing, those can be bulky. I’d stick to cloth like spanx or some slimming underwear that can be found on amazon or fashion nova (which also have steel boned features at the waist) and they’re nice because they’re fabric so not bulky and attached to underwear so they do move around a lot.
