A suede like material on the outside. The bootie does have a wedge type heel (Around 2 inches) on the inside, so the shoe is NOT flat. There is the beautiful fringe detail that goes all around, the beading work on top, and the traditional moccasin stitching around the bottom of the shoe. The zipper is in the back. They are in very good condition with some wear shown on the bottom.
