Mock neck top from Anthropologie.

Black and white plaid mock neck sweater top. 67% wool, 29% cotton, 4% nylon. Not itchy and I'm normally sensitive to wool. I originally purchased this as a tunic and mistakenly washed and dried it, therefore shrinking it in to a shirt. Love it but it's too small for me now. Good condition.
