Mock-Neck Top with Cuttout Detail, Size S

This is an interesting top that I purchased from Rue21. The neck fastens in the back with beads that go through elastic loops. It is a tight form-fitting style, but the material is light. It has a similar texture to crepe fabric and is slightly see-through.
