Mockneck Short Sleeve Navy Blue Lace Formal Midi Dress

This dress has been worn once and is in great condition besides a minor snag on the waist on the right side. The top layer is navy blue lace, but underneath there is a nude slip on the chest and bottom skirt portion. The top has a mockneck and short sleeves, the length of dress comes to right above the knees on a 5'4 body. It is fitted and is a size 1/2.
