A lovely chic and mod dress from Express I’m a size medium. 19” shoulder to shoulder. 20” armpit to armpit. 35” shoulder to hem. 14” shoulder to waist. 8” shoulder to armpit. 15” seam to seam across waist unstretched. Fabulous striped pattern, ring pull zip up front, gathered wide elasticized waist band, tab pockets, and rolled cap sleeves. 100% polyester with some stretch, very stretchy waist band.
