Mod cloth Mila Embroidered high neck pencil dress

Originally from Mod Cloth, the Mila embroidered high neck dress is gorgeous, unfortunately it doesn’t fit me. Size 12 UK!!! (NOT US). Zipper back. Tag says navy but it’s black to me. From Wolf and Whistle. Approximately 27.5” from the baby doll waist seem.approx 15” at the baby doll waist seem in width lying flat. Arm pit to arm pit is approx 17”
