Mod miniskirt, blue and white polka dots

Mod little miniskirt by Sugarhill Boutique. This skirt works year-round - in the spring and summer wear it with a tank or tee, and in the fall or winter it works with tights and a sweater or turtleneck. Dark blue background with small ivory polka dots. Tab pockets at waist. Cotton/polyester fabric is fairly stiff and sturdy. Fully lined. Back zipper. Sits at the waist. 17" long. Size 4, but I would say it runs small. Very good condition, only worn a handful of times.
