Mod vintage dress

I love this dress that I purchased on Etsy . I even love that it’s 90% polyester. It fits liked a dream and is so flattering (white piping!) but the white piping around the bust hits me too high which throws off the whole dress for me. It is labeled a large and the measurements are in pics, but I would almost consider it a L petite. My loss is your gain. Offers accepted! This is a great little dress and it deserves white go-go boots and the right body.
