ModCloth Black and Gold Polka Dot High Neck Sleeveless Top Size 3X

This is a gently used ModCloth high neck sleeveless top. It is black with gold polka dots. It is a 3X which is equal to a size 22/24. It does have two button closures on the back of the neck but one of the buttons came with a thinner piece of elastic - I took a close up photo of it. It measures about 26 inches from armpit to armpit and about 29 inches from shoulder to bottom hem. These measurements were taken on a flat surface. It is 100% polyester. It can be machine washed but I would recommend hang drying.
