Statement halter dress from ModCloth. Ties at the back of the neck. Back zipper and hook & closure. Dress has pockets! Fully lined with loose cups inside the bust (like a swimsuit) and a crinoline flounce under the skirt. This is in very good used condition. Only worn once, no stains. The seam on one side has some visible stitching. On the other side seam there is a bit of wear from the interior side boning.
