ModCloth Button front Sailor skirt 3x

ModCloth skirt in navy blue. Worn twice. Six plastic tortoise buttons on front, one button at each front hip pocket. Those buttons are cute but they dont allow easy access to pocket if you button them! Floral inside pockets as shown Belt loops. Zips on side. Super cute when I was size 20-22.
