A cute dress I purchased from ModCloth. Brand is Closet Blu. New with tags, never worn, only tried on. Size 14 in European, not sure what it is in US size. Green and blue polka dot and has pockets. I measured waist left to right is 16 inches and put to put is about 21 1/4 inches. From non smoking home.
