This retro blue, white, and yellow polka dot dress gives me major Minnie Mouse vibes. Perfect for many occasions, from work to brunch to Disneyland. Waist is 14 in flat and does not have much stretch. Side zipper. Gently worn with lots of life left. Sides show a tiny bit of wear, probably from a purse strap.
