ModCloth Green & White Two-Fer Flared Skirt Dress Size XL

Reposhing this item I purchased from @forfrockssake. Loved the color & style, but it didn’t fit me quite right b/c I have a short torso.The skirt is green with WHITE (not light blue as it may appear in the photos) stripes and the fabric is thick & non-stretchy. The torso is made of stretchy knit fabric. Dress is in great condition. This would be a fun St. Patrick’s Day dress!
