NWT! Bursting with blooms, this floral dress with cap sleeves and sweetheart neckline balances fun and flirty. I purchased and never wore! IMO, brand runs slightly small so please refer to measurements. Fabric is excellent quality, good weight, and dress can be dressed up or down. 18” pit to pit, 13.5” waist, 20” skirt. No flaws, just not the right dress for me but I did size up and that one is perfect!
