ModCloth Navy Blue Sleeveless Embroidered Dress Sz XS

Beautiful sleeveless fit & flare style navy blue dress by ModCloth. Dress features chunky folk-art style floral embroidery on the chest, and has a pleated waistband. It has 2 layers, the top being sheer, and zips down the back. There are no rips or holes, but it does have 1 spot , on the back (top), that I was unable to remove - It is barely noticeable and could be covered by hair or a cardigan! Please review all pictures for condition. Size XS… measurements as follows: Bust: 32” Waist: 25.5 Length: 35” All clothing from my closet has been washed or dry-cleaned, unless it is new with tags and is coming from a smoke free/pet friendly home. 🐶 🐱
