ModCloth Navy Floral Blouse (Ideal Discovery)

Sold as the Ideal Discovery Short Sleeved Top, this 100% polyester top is so very cute. Another one of my many “good for work” blouses. I washed it by hand but never ended up wearing it! It has a crepe-texture and cute bows on the sleeves. It definitely gives me vintage vibes! Measurements (approximate, laid flat): Pit to pit: 16” Length: 24”
