ModCloth Turning in Tulle Midi Skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @44north. Loved it, but unfortunately it no longer fits. This is a very fun piece with four layers of tulle over a polyester lining. It is great for pairing with a blouse or cropped sweater. The back has elastic to give it a little stretch. In excellent pre-loved condition with no notable flaws. Smoke free home Bundle and save!
