Pretty green dress, true to size, and in great condition. White lining, with chiffon-like olive and white polka-dot overlay. The third picture is most representative of the color. The cinched waist is very flattering! There is also a side zipper, and buttons on the back of the neck. This is a reposh; I ordered the wrong size. Offers are always considered!

kcirrehh @monicamj23 thanks for asking! Laid flat, the waist measures 21" across, and the chest measures 24-25" across. The fabric itself does not stretch.
