ModCloth floral maxi dress

This dress is so beautiful and in like-new condition! It has a high neckline and is adjustable by tie. The waistline has comfortable elastic and an optional sash tie. It’s a long, flowing maxi dress (I’m 5’ 2” and it touches the ground when I’m in heels). This dress is so pretty, it’s just a bit long for me.
